Potato Salmon Patties
Great flavor!!! recipe does not need any changes!!! but I made the patties smaller (pictured) and got 16 pieces. The only changes I made to the recipe, was to cover the patties with bread crumbs before frying (for the visual effect:) and like the other reviewer, I also added a mashed potato instead of potato flakes. The only thing I noticed was that some of the onion pieces remained crunchy because there wasn't enough frying time, so next time I might saute the onions separately before adding to the mix, although the crunchiness adds a nice texture. These are so delicious, they don't need any sauce, I just served them with mashed potatoes. Yummy!!

Pound Cake I
I love this cake!! this is my first attempt at making pound cake, and I'm happy to say it turned out perfect. I followed the recipe exactly, and yes, the egg whites must be whipped to form soft peaks, don't leave out any of the steps, and you will be happy with the results. I used a Pyrex 8x4 loaf pan, and baking time was 1 hour and 20 minutes, just make sure you test it by inserting a toothpick in the center of the cake, and if it comes out clean then you can be sure the center is not raw. This cake is delicious, thank you for the recipe!!

Fluffy Pancakes
This turned out great!! I wanted to add some whole grains to the mix, so I combined 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour with 1/4 Cup each of Oat flour and Kamut flour. I didn't have any white vinegar, so I substituted that with Orange Champagne Vinegar, and used Canola Oil instead of Butter, used Evaporated Cane Juice instead of white sugar and added some Vanilla to the mix. Even with all these changes, they still turned out fluffy and of course delicious!!!
