Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2013
We have made this recipe a few more times. My Granddaughter has decided (after forgetting to put them in!) that she likes making them without the baking soda or powder. That way they are a little more firm and she can frost them. Still taste great! Love them the way the recipe calls... light and fluffy, melt in your mouth! But this is another option!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2012
This was amazingly yummy! I used about 8 legs and 6 thighs, as that is what I had. One small container of chicken broth, a little water, and more butter! We have enough chicken and broth/soup to add noodles to tomorrow! And the biscuits were great! Thanks for the recipe! Will definitely use again!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2012
AWESOME! Made to recipe as far as measurements. I messed up and didn't put whipped topping in cream cheese/sugar, so spread over. I used fresh strawberries instead of frozen. It was DELICIOUS and everyone raved! Thanks!

Fresh Cranberry Spiced Tea

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2009
I made this a couple years ago for my Ladies Bible Study group. They absolutely loved it, and is now requested at every special occassion! I made as recipe says... sometimes adding a little less sugar, but otherwise no changes! Wonderful!

Chocolate-Chunk and Pecan Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
I'm just making these! The dough is delicious! I did add more flour... it didn't seem quite thick enough... up to 2/3 cup more ( didn't measure!) Also... add Caramel Bits! YUM! I also added a little Almond and Coconut extracts... about 1/8 tsp of each along with vanilla. Enjoy!

Butterscotch Brownies III

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2008
I'm in the process of making this... the batter tastes very good. I made some butterscotch brownies at the school I work at today (from a mix) and this tastes very similar! I added chocolate chips, and instead of frosting, sprinkled powdered sugar over, then topped with chocolate and carmel syrup! MMmmmm! Very good!
