Made this last night as written- it was delicious! Very flavorful and like other readers, my boyfriend said it was restaurant quality! Thanks for an amazing recipe- I will surely be making this again and again!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Perfect as written! I couldn't find the packaged graham cracker crumbs... 2 cups = 1 'sleeve' of grahams. Thanks for this rich and delicious recipe!

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

This was easy and delicious! I substituted 1/2tsp rosemary/oregano, as I did not have Sage, and Cran Raspberry juice for the oj- but still give it 5 stars as I know it will be just as amazing as written. I served my sauce on the side and dipped as I went, though the herb combo is amazing by itself!

Cinnamon Teacake

I doubled the recipe and made (12) cupcakes instead as I did not have a round cake pan. It was VERY sweet- almost too sweet- and I never thought those words would come out of my mouth! I even accidentally left out half a cup of sugar so I can't imagine how sweet it would be with that extra 1/2 cup. So if you double it, be sure you remember to double ALL the measurements in the Directions portion! Also- don't let the 'frosting' set too long or else it will clump. They are probably more than sweet enough without the 'frosting' and topping( which does not need to be doubled for cupcakes!)

Barb's Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Sadly I was not impressed with these. I followed the recipe exactly, but somehow ended up with burnt, dry nasty tasting muffins that smelled like burnt popcorn!? I had to throw them all out :(

Pesto Sauce

Even though I have only licked the spatula so far, I love it! I plan to use it on the "Sundried Tomato Basil Pesto Chicken Wrap" recipe. This was my first pesto attempt, and I am known to mess recipes up- this one was super easy,quick, and delicious! I used the pinenuts, and 1 tsp of minced garlic instead. I also used a combo of Italian Basil and purple basil. I used my Magic Bullet too..
