Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
Awesome! I lost my recipe, and this almost exact! I, however, add a few stalks celery (including the leaves chopped finely), triple the carrots, 2 cloves garlic, 1 whole head of cabbage -quartered, and I save the beer to drink LOL. It's SO good! (The meal & the beer!:)
PS...I still can't remember if you're supposed to add the 'juice' from the raw CB packge - that's one of the main reasons I searched the recipe...I added a little.
Also, I/we like the cabbage more well done so I cook on high for an hour, then add the cabbage on top for the duration. If it looks done, I just take it out & put in bowl.
