Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
Awesome! I lost my recipe, and this almost exact! I, however, add a few stalks celery (including the leaves chopped finely), triple the carrots, 2 cloves garlic, 1 whole head of cabbage -quartered, and I save the beer to drink LOL. It's SO good! (The meal & the beer!:) PS...I still can't remember if you're supposed to add the 'juice' from the raw CB packge - that's one of the main reasons I searched the recipe...I added a little. Also, I/we like the cabbage more well done so I cook on high for an hour, then add the cabbage on top for the duration. If it looks done, I just take it out & put in bowl.

Stuffed Cabbage
i lost my recipe for stuffed cabbage (it's here somewhere packed in moving boxes:) This is very close to mine as i remember, but i use tomato sauce and brown sugar (i think 2 Tbs), garlic, onion pwd,s&p. this is SO delicious, THANK YOU for posting!! ps...i also bake mine, which is easier for me. oh, and someone commented the inner leaves weren't cooked enough....just parboil the cabbage as stated, take it out of pot and remove the soft leaves, put the remaining back into the hot water while you're stuffing the larger leaves.

very delicious! thanks for posting the recipe...i couldn't find mine since i moved lol. ( i was out of baking powder, so i used 1/2 tsp each bak. soda & vinegar to substitute) i read the reviews and gonna try the apples next time, and add some xtra sugar, and cinnamon too :)
