Outrageous Warm Chicken Nacho Dip

Pizza Dip

This was really good. I added a little sour cream and some italian cheeses to the cream cheese base and it was super good. Big hit with the kiddos.

Ranch Bean Dip

This was ok. But I think with some modification, it could be good. So, for next time I think I may add a more flavorful cheese and something to spice it up a bit like taco seasoning or Rotel.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

This was so easy and quite tasty. My kids didn't care for it, they said it was too hot. But my husband and I enjoyed it. Not sure I'd make it again because not everyone like it, but it was tasty.

PHILADELPHIA Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

Made a few modifications - used ready made graham cracker crust and low fat cream cheese. It was easy to make and turned out fantastic, I will definitely be making this one again.

Pepperoni Pizza Pita

Stuffed Eggplant with Shrimp and Basil

This recipe is wonderful. I did follow a few of the suggestions to decrease the amount of breadcrumbs. I'm glad I did because it still seemed just a little dry. I also added additional shrimp and about 1/2 cup of stewed tomatoes.

Mushroom and Swiss Chicken

This recipe was very good. The chicken picked up a great flavor, not too strong. I made a slight change, added red and green pepper to the veggies on top, but would probably saute' the veggies before I put them on next time. All in all, very good and I will be making it again.
