Excellent! As with many other reviewers, I pre-baked the crust only for 7 minutes with a layer of cheese pressed into the bottom. For the filling, I only added 1/2 an onion. I included 1 1/2 cups of broccoli (frozen, but thawed and drained overnight on paper towels) and 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms. I used three eggs and one cup of milk. Instead of mozzarella, I used a cheddar and mozzarella mix. I cooked for 45 minutes and then added a light layer of cheese and baked for 5 additional minutes. My preschooler loved it!!
