Hi, I am a young cook hoping to one day become a professional chef. To get this going I have started cooking dinner for my family every night and can't wait to see what goes down with that. I have 4 siblings and am Jewish but am not a fan of Jewish cooking. I love Japan.
My favorite things to cook
I like to cook any type of skillet meals, meat, breaded items or stuff with bread, and rice meals.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Our family always has a nice meal on Friday nights with dessert.
My cooking triumphs
I made a good Stir Fry and Fried Chicken recently that I'm proud of.
My cooking tragedies
I tried making Rice and Gravy but the gravy was like water and the rice was crunchy because I used the wrong type. Also, I tried making Lemon and Herb chicken one time and it was a hit but the second time, I completely under cooked the chicken.

Best Purim ever thanks to these cookies. I hadn't made these from scratch before and was very nervous, especially with my younger sisters helping me (Ages 4 & 5) but they were wonderful! The cookies tasted good enough to eat by them selves, and even when my siblings folded them wrong, the taste made them amazing. The only thing I did differently was you apple pie filling for them and it was great. It was like a mini apple pie with a cookie crust. Beautiful.

Hot Milk Sponge Cake I
Great Recipe! Really moist and flavorful and very easy to change to situations. I made it for my mom's job's party and they all loved it and even asked to keep it so the people who weren't their could try it. I didn't have the right size pan so I used a pie plate (Strange, I know) and I replaces coconut and walnuts with Almonds.
