I have very little time to cook these days, but when I do, I like to get creative, healthy, local, when possible, and money-savvy. Lately, that has meant exploring new ways of cooking green leafy vegetables, and experimenting with home-grown herbs and spices, and spreads and tapenades. I mostly cook vegan/vegetarian.
