This is my first time making these, and I have to say I'm impressed. I honestly expected these to be some sort of crumbly ripoff of a truffle, but they turned out incredibly smooth and chocolaty. If you freeze them longer, the almond bark hardens up, leaving it crunchy on the outside, and chewy on the inside. Delish!! I also liked how easy they were to make. I'm a kid, and I made these with no hassle! :) Now, I'm going to put these to the ultimate test: A party! Let's see how the crowd likes them. Thanks for sharing!!!
