This is my first time making these, and I have to say I'm impressed. I honestly expected these to be some sort of crumbly ripoff of a truffle, but they turned out incredibly smooth and chocolaty. If you freeze them longer, the almond bark hardens up, leaving it crunchy on the outside, and chewy on the inside. Delish!! I also liked how easy they were to make. I'm a kid, and I made these with no hassle! :) Now, I'm going to put these to the ultimate test: A party! Let's see how the crowd likes them. Thanks for sharing!!!

Lauren's Cincinnati Chili

This chili was THE BOMB! It was really simple to make, and it is not time consuming if you make it in a slow cooker, which is what I did. Whole family loved it and everyone had seconds. I was guilty of eating at least three bowls in one sitting myself! :) Fun tip: Play "Guess the Secret Ingredient" with your family. No one except my mom and I could tell that chocolate was the secret ingredient in this rich, suculent chili. Thx for sharing Lauren!

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

This cake is really good, and really easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly. The only change I made was to add in blueberries. If you put in blueberries, put flour and blueberries in a plastic bag, seal, and shake before adding them into the batter. This way, the blueberries will not sink to the bottom of the cake. Very good!I plan on making it again soon.
