Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
I wasn't too sure about this one because of the odd ingredients and I haven't had much success with slow cooker chicken, but I was wrong. It was really good and easy. I followed another reviewer's advice and used a higher end bbq sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce) which really wasn't that much more expensive, but I was very happy with how it turned out. I also shredded the chicken and let it cook for another half hour per a reviewer's suggestion. I served with watermelon, corn on the cob and cole slaw. Perfect, easy, and good. Thank you for the recipe.

Blackened Tuna
My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I am not a big fan of fish, but I will definitely cook this again. I used a mixture of McCormick Cajun seasoning and Creole seasoning, and served on a Kaiser roll with spicy aioli

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
It was good, but not great. Maybe the tomatoes I used weren't the best. When I make it again, I don't think I'll puree it because it needs a little substance to it. I think I'll also try canned diced tomatoes as another reviewer suggested. I also added cheese bread croutons and a sprinkle of shaved Parmesan cheese. That helped with taste, but definitely made a bad for you soup a little bit worse.
