Cinnabun Cookies

These cookies are seeeerriiiously good. almost evil.....you can't stop eating them. It's like an addiction. I think they look very pretty and taste with some icing drizzled over the top. YUM - thanks so much!!!

Snowflake Truffles

These were nice - I wouldn't say exceptional though. the mixture fell apart easily, especially when trying to put the almond inside the ball. I dipped these in white chocolate that was mixed with coconut - I loved the finished look. I topped them off with some green/red colored coconut for Christmas.

Easy OREO Truffles

These were awesome! I would say you need more oreos though, or less cream cheese. I covered these with white chocolate and sprinkled some crushed oreos on top - divine. Thank you for this delicate easy recipe!!

Fudgy Brownies II

These were nice tasting, but didn't turn out fudgy for me. they were almost a mix between a really gooey brownie and cake. Sorry, but i've gotta say these didn't hit the spot for me.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

These are wonderful fluffy, not too heavy pancakes. Perfect recipe for nice standard pancakes!!! Thanks so much, I love this recipe!! UPDATE - These are AMAZING, def my go to recipe for pancakes. I love how light these are, and not dry at all. The buttermilk definitely plays a huge role in these pancakes being so amazing!!! And yet another update....I ommited the egg and used slightly less flour & made fantastic crepe type thin pancakes, very nice! :)

Creamiest Chocolate Mousse

This mousse was lovely and decadent! The only reason i'm giving it 4 stars is that the texture wasn't as stiff as a mousse should be, and I whipped everything correctly. Also the flavor could have used more depth. Thanks for the delicious recipe!

Fantastic recipe! I was a bit too sweet for me, I will cut back on the sugar next time. I also used jarred cherries as I didn't have fresh ones. This tasted amazing, thanks Beth for your fabulous recipe!! ....I used a different pie crust recipe..

Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie

This is a very good chocolate chip cookie recipe, but yes I am one of those who is after THE BEST recipe & for me this isn't it......that's why i'm giving it 4 stars. It lacks slightly in flavor. I used regular butter and reduced the salt (didn't have unsalted butter on hand).

Colored Sugar

Fantastic!! Anyone know how to get the moisture out of it though?? I put a lot of food coloring in and it made a nice dark pink color. Make sure you start shaking asap or you'll get lil blobs of dark pieces (guess you could sift them out anyway). I don't think i'll ever buy colored sugar ever again - thanks so much for this amazing idea!!!!!!!!

Chicken Piccata II

I thought this was fantastic! I did only use 2 chicken breasts (split in half length-wise), so the flavor was a tad overwhelming, but at the same time it was a beautiful flavor!!! The hubby wasn't too fond of this but I loved it so i'm giving it 5 stars:) Oh, I used 2 large cubes of chicken stock instead of the bouillon powder. thanks for the great recipe Terry!!

Chocolate Creme Fraiche Ice Cream

I love creme fraiche so I was expecting to really enjoy this recipe, but unfortunately the flavor was too strong for me. It was too sour for an ice cream. But it didn't help that I don't have an Ice cream machine (never the less, the flavor wasn't right).

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

I wasn't very fond of these cookies, but I haven't had many snickerdoodles in my life, so I don't know exactly what is usually expected texture/taste wise. I thought they were too crunchy, not very chewy - even though I was very careful not to over bake them. I didn't really want to eat any of them after my taste test. Sorry, not my kind of recipe, but I wont rate it too low because of the reasons above.

Crispy Cheese Twists

These were fantastic, I used colby cheese because I didn't have parm. I used less pepper than what was called for, but think it would've been good with the full amount. I cut some of these in half for more of an 'appetizer' friendly twist:) Thanks for the recipe!!
