These are tasty, a bit hard to handle & shape, but once they're done - yum! I put a puddle of caramel in the middle, covered it in chocolate and drizzled w/some more caramel.

Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake with Caramel Sauce

I'm rating this based on the caramel, didn't get a chance to make the cake! This caramel was great, it has a runny sort of consistency (like a pouring caramel). I didn't have lemon juice to spare so left it out. My first batch, well I over cooked it just slightly & it ruined the flavor. I made a second batch & took the pan off the heat when it was a caramel color.......make sure you add the cream right away & whisk fast to get any lumps out. Very good, thanks so much!

Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken

We didn't really like this. Was going to give this 3 stars, but we changed a couple of things, so need to rate it fairly based on that. We found this was WAY too salty, but then again we didn't have low sodium soy sauce. Even still I think the soy needed to be cut in half. We also only had 'white vinega', not white wine.

This is a really yummy recipe! I only rated it four stars as it could use a bit more flavor. I would say some cilantro and lemon juice would zing this up considerably. I garnished ours with Coriander (Cilantro)

Sugar Cookie Icing

This was a decent icing recipe, but I found it needed a bit more liquid. Also, the icing discolored after a few hours - i'm not too sure why?? I've never really had that happen before so i'm a bit puzzled. I used butter flavoring in stead of almond (which was nice!). probably wont be using this recipe again.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Squares

These were nice but not incredible. I needed to add more cereal to get these to the right consistency & in the end wished I would've added more. The texture was still almost fudge like. Tasty though, very easy & super quick to whip up!

Extreme Chocolate Cake

yummmm cake! very good, exact cake recipe as "Hershey's ® 'Perfectly Chocolate' Chocolate Cake". I love that the prep time is very short (I would say 15 minutes), and that you don't have to fluff butter/sugar together blah blah before mixing the other ingredients. Oil makes this fast and simple. Very delicious cake!

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Fantastic recipe. I used a smaller pan so didn't need the entire mix - and my batter still overflowed when cooking........i learned my lesson. Dont push the batter right to the edge of the pan & only put enough batter in so it's about 1/3" high. Very tasty - and I got many compliments on it. Thank you!

Pecan Pie V

Fantastic pecan pie! I love that this doesn't contain any corn syrup!!! The only downer about this is that it doesn't make a whole lot, probably only enough for a small pie pan. I had a slightly larger pan & it only filled up just over 1/2 way. Thanks for the recipe Elaine!!!

Mushroom and Spinach Ravioli with Chive Butter Sauce

AMAZING recipe. Thanks so much larkspur! This is the first time I made homemade pasta, so I was very proud of myself;) Got a good work out rolling out the dough though haha. I didn't have spinach or chives for the filling but this tasted good regardless. I love the touch of heat from the Cayenne pepper. I ate this with red sauce since I didn't have the chives to make the sauce stated in the recipe. The only thing I did wrong was under cook the ravioli - it started "floating" pretty much straight away so I took it out after 2-3 minutes. I should've left them in for another few minutes. I also tried the egg yolk in the middle thing that you see on tv & it worked! yay, nice runny yolk that didn't over cook:D

Lemon Cream Cupcakes

I halved this recipe & only made the cake part for some plain cupcakes I was making. I squeezed some lemon juice in the batter to get more of a lemon flavor in the cupcake itself. These taste really nice! The only thing that wasn't so great is that the texture was dense, these were almost like muffins instead of cupcakes. I also put a lemon syrup over the top of these to give them even more of a lemon kick, because the lemon flavor still wasn't very strong in the batter.

Fudge Brownies with Browned Butter Frosting

Very yummy brownies! The browned butter frosting is delicious, but it did over power the brownie a tad. I would bake the brownie for a few minutes less next time also. These are very rich little treats - I got many, many compliments about these. Thanks Dianne!!!

Sweet Short Pastry

Great Buttery Crust! I used this for a pie. It takes pretty long to cook the bottom part of the crust & also - you HAVE to blind bake this or it will shrivel up like crazy.....learned that the hard way haha. No need for baking spray on your pan, there is tons of butter in here that will stop this crust from sticking.

Fluffy French Toast

Yum recipe, and a good basic french toast recipe! The only complaint I have is that it lacks flavor. I would make this again, using more salt and cinnamon next time. Also, I used thicker slices of bread, so my mixture only made 3/4 of the servings stated here.
