Excellent! No fuss, I put a dish towel over the top to retain the heat. Slow cooker method gave me more stove space :) Also let turkey sit before carving. Took advice from other comments... rubbed butter under skin, used onion soup mix along w/ favorite spices for my own rub, put in fridge in zip lock bag day before, enuf juices for a great gravy... I could go on and on. Leftover turkey was moist for a week! Great turkey leftover meals... GreenChili Enchildas, Turkey SpringRolls, Turkey Monte Cristo... Mmm Mmm Mmm
