Creamy Shrimp and Scallop Shells
Delicious but the recipe, as is, called for more flavor. I added in a dash of paprike and cajun seafood seasoning to taste. Definitely makes enough for 6-8 servings. I served over fetuccini since I didn't have pasta shells.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant
This was my first time using fondant. I found that it was easy to roll out , but after working w/ it for a while it got a bit greasy. I'd use a bit less shortening than the recipe calls. Also I chilled it for about 30 minutes before rolling it out so it wouldn't be sticky. I'm definitely using it again in the future!
