I have a degree in the applied science of Culinary Arts and I am a chef. I love cooking, the different types and cuisines.

Anything Asian or French. I have a passion for anything that can be made in a wok, and all forms of Sushi, as well as making classic french soups and sauces.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite tradition would have to be that every Christmas, no matter what, my mom and I always make cookies together. Now that I am older, I do more than just do the sprinkles, but it is still a lot of fun, and it is a tradition as old as I am. No matter how old I get or how far my career as a professional chef takes me, I will always love this tradition the most.
