I used to to put on some spice cupcakes, but then I started just eating the frosting. It tastes exactly like cheesecake and is so much easier to make! Absolutely love this recipe. I could say that if you mix it by hand and put it in the fridge overnight, then throw it in a pie pan, and top it will some fruit, you could fool anyone into thinking it was regular old cheesecake.

Pumpkin Ice Cream

I made this, not sure if I was doing it right, but after letting it re freeze in the freezer I tried it and it was delicious (it tastes just like pumpkin pie)! My friends loved it as well, and it is definitely going on the desert list for this years Halloween party
