Double Tomato Bruschetta

Why did I ever wait so long to make Bruschetta? This is so easy. A neighbor gave me fresh basil from her garden, so I decided to give this recipe a try. Fantastico! A huge hit with the family. Definitely use fresh basil, not dried. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Golden Rum Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
Incredibly delicious. Traveling through the Caribbean, I have tasted many rum cakes, and this is the best. So easy to make. I did add one teaspoon of pure vanilla extract to the the rum glaze, other than that I followed the recipe to a tee. I used Myers Dark Rum for the cake and glaze. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Sue's Hot Fudge Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2004
Easy to make. My family liked. It's not the deep, thick, dark, semisweet fudge topping I was looking for, but it was good. I think for the dark fudge topping, one should use semisweet bakers chocolate, instead of cocoa powder.

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2003
This dessert is almost an exact replica of a peach cobbler my family enjoyed at our local restaurant. The only addition I made, 1/4 cup of brown sugar sprinkled atop the cake mix.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2003
I thought this recipe waS wonderful. I am one who likes the strong red wine vinegar taste. If you don't, reduce the amount of red wine vinegar and increase the amount of olive oil. I prefer this recipe over buying one.
