Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Fantastic! I always either burnt the bread or didn't have the cheese melt all the way, so now I put it in the microwave for 10 seconds or so before grilling so I don't have to worry about the cheese as much. When I was little I used to love this with pepperoni (sliced in half! other wise you'll bite down and end up eating all the cheese) and mustard. Though, now that I'm a little older and am trying to eat better, i've found just mustard does the trick.

Spinach Pancakes

Very good! Took someone's advice and poured into mini muffin tins and added some mild cheddar and garlic powder. Left out nutmeg cause I didn't have any. Awesome. Had them with a little extra salt. Makes about 2 meal-size servings I wanna make this again with onions and feta :D

Peanut Butter Layered Brownies

Bland and kinda weird tasting. Refused to cook (i think my total time was well over half an hour- and I halved the recipe) and fell apart when I took it out of the pan. Frosting was gummy.

French Onion Soup VIII

Really good! Onions took longer than 30 minutes, though (I only used 2). I think I simmered it too long because it was very thick but still great! I added a clove of garlic and used less wine
