Awesome and Easy! My wife loves Risotto, so I decided to give it a try and she is in heaven, she went back for seconds, I am going to fridge the rest and cut it into pieces bred it and fry it as I have seen at restaurants. I followed the recipe exactly and it was simple and worked out great, doubled the parmesan cause I love cheese! Thanks for the solid recipe!

Detroit Hot Honey Wings

I love these! I take them off the grill and toss them in a bowl with the sauce 4 or 5 times while cooking and the flavor rocks! Thanks!

Octoberfest German Potato Salad

Very authentic, dissapeared very quickly at our annual Oktoberfest and I used 10 pounds of potatos. Absolutely deliscious! I let is sit for 24 hours in the fridge, flavor was superb!
