Baked Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2009
Easy easy easy! I really enjoyed this meal, my family LOVED it, and my boyfriend said it's his new favorite. All the different ingredients ended up working together to make a fantastic sauce. I did add a half of an onion (diced) and sprinkled garlic powder & italian seasoning on the ground beef. I drained the meat, as well. I added just a few squirts of ketchup (although I would reccomend tomato paste) and a dollop of Bertolli alfredo sauce. I ignored the amount of cheese to use and just threw as much in as I felt necessary. I layered everything, using about 1/3 of the sauce on the bottom of the pan so that there was not much on the top, and cheese melted & stuck to the pasta.

Delicious Baked Chicken

Turned out very dry. It still had enough flavor to eat, but we weren't impressed. It went well with dirty rice.

Chicken and Herbs in White Wine

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2009
I cooked this for my boyfriend's family and they loved it! When I cooked the onions & mushrooms, I threw the chicken in with it which gave it GREAT flavoring. I served bowtie pasta with Bertolli alfredo sauce..which kinda drowned the wonderful flavor of the chicken. I reccomend eating with rice.

Creamy Pesto Chicken and Bow Ties

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2009
My family & I loved this recipe. They raved about this dish for days after we had it. However, I did a few things differently from the recipe: I made my own pesto, and didn't QUITE use an entire 1/2 cup if it. I used spiral pasta instead of bowtie. I added white wine & extra virgin olive oil to the butter/margarine. I sprinkled the chicken with garlic powder, pepper, and poultry seasoning while I cooked it. I used bone-in chicken, so I ended up having to bake mine at 350 for 30 mins.
