Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes
I have used this recipe for years. It is the same I used for twice-baked potatoes. However, I add grated cheddar cheese. For the amounts given in this recipe, I would use 1/4 cup. I also like to put in a casserole dish and heat by baking at 350 until hot. Wonderful recipe!

A number of years ago I would go to a small restaurant here once a week for gazpacho. This recipe was close to the one I loved. I did use 1/2 spicy v8 and 1/2 reg. v8, and added small amount of dill and chives. I do NOT blend it at all! Wonderful!
