Shoyu Chicken
amazing! Used ginger powder and onion powder instead (short on time), left out the red pepper and cayenne for the kids. Served over rice! Definitely keeping this one handy.

Blueberry Coffee Cake III

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins
LOVE these! We make them with either wheat or oat bran, 1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar and all whole wheat flour for an even healthier muffin with even less calories! Doesn't skimp on flavor either. If you make them like we do, with 1/2 cup brown sugar, and make 18 muffins (if you make 12 like the recipe says they are BIG) they are only about 66 calories each! By far our favorite muffin recipe out there, and we've tried lots.
