Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

Very good, but I can't give this 5 stars because of the texture of the sauce when it's cooked. It's kind of curd-ly... we'd really prefer a nice smooth cheese sauce. Tastes good though!

Yummy! Needed approx 1/2 cup water than noted in the recipe just so I had enough to mostly cover my noodles so they would cook. Could be because I used a large skillet though so the mixture was fairly spread out. I also followed the advice of others and used Italian seasoning instead of dressing and I did add the ricotta.

Sourdough Cheese Bread

Fabulous 5 star idea, but incredibly salty and we didn't really care for the seasoning. Also, half the amount of butter was plenty. Next time I'll use the same concept but use a simple and yummy garlic butter with some of our fave cheese.

Luscious Lemon Cake

My mom LOVED this cake... I thought it was pretty good. The cake itself is pretty moist and good although not as lemony as I thought it would be. The only thing I didn't care for was the crust for some reason.

Italian Drop Biscuits

I simply mixed the herbs into the dough and brushed the biscuits with plain melted butter. They were delicious!

Mom's Cornbread

OK made according to recipe. Needs more cheese. No oregano for K's piece next time. Not super crispy - might be better with Panko and/or using egg instead of broth/butter.

Fantastic!! Mine didn't turn out dry at all, so not sure what others were complaining about. I did cook the veges/chicken in broth instead of water, then used that broth as my liquid.

Remoulade Sauce a la New Orleans

Absolutely divine remoulade! I followed the recipe exactly and no alterations are needed. Makes quite a lot though so I'll probably make a half recipe next time.
