These were simply delicious--fudgy, and the nuts were a wonderful contrast to the chocolate!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

These are chocolate truffle cookies...nothing less. Very rich, great flavor when they are just slightly warm. They are especially flavorful if you make them with half brown and half refined sugar (3/4 cup for both).

A wonderful quick-dough recipe. I've found that a few more minutes of rest time before baking makes a major difference within the rise of the final product.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
Tasty--no problems to speak of. If you don't have seasoned bread crumbs, crush unsalted crackers with dried Italian herbs (namely basil, oregano, and thyme) and subsitute into the recipe. As previous reviewers noted, it is very beneficial to pound your chicken to allow the marinara flavors to fully penetrate the chicken.
