Skillet Chicken Cordon Bleu

Easy to prepare and very good. My entire family enjoyed it. I should mention that I used chicken broth in place of the wine because I did not have any. The only other change that I made was to make the dish using a slow cooker since I had to pick kids up from practice when I would normally be cooking supper. I cubed the uncooked chicken and combined it with the remaining ingredients (sans butter) in the crockpot and cooked it on high for 4 hours. The chicken was very tender, and we had plenty of sauce for our noodles. I will make this again!

Individual Baked Eggs

My family loves this recipe! It has a very nice, mild flavor. I often make it with a piece of black forest deli ham instead of bacon.

Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

Very good! I left out the extra potatoes, so we had more soup mixture. I also left out the celery salt and substituted galic powder for the garlic salt. My family really enjoyed it.

Cheddar Spirals

I make this often, and it is always a hit. I often substitute Velveeta cheese for half or all of the cheese. Also, I sometimes add diced ham for a hearty main dish. I have even made this on the stove top when I did not make dinner plans in advance. Whenever I take this to a potluck, I never bring any home!

Spicy Beef Vegetable Stew

I have been making this recipe for years now. My family loves it! The only change that I make routinely is that I use a can of italian style diced tomatoes instead of tomatoes with green chilis since my family does not characteristically like very spicy meals. The italian style diced tomatoes (i.e., with oregano, basil, and garlic) blends nicely with the rest of the ingredients.
