Blueberry Buckle
A helpful tip: after getting fresh blueberries, put them in the freezer overnight and then use them for this recipe. I find that it's much easier to mix them into the batter when they aren't getting all mashed up and turning the whole thing blue. In the end, they still cook the same way (as far as I can tell) and the cake is always delicious!
