A superbly delicious soup that was perfect for the 20 degree we were having here in Maryland. The boyfriend said it was one of the best meals ever made, so 5 stars is really less than what we would have rated it. Thanks to all the tips and suggestions of the fellow users, I had a perfect soup!

Cranberry Orange Loaf

A big hit during Christmas dinner, my family loved it. Perfect balance of sweet and tart, this is a wonderfully aromatic bread. I made it once with a glaze and the second time without. The glaze definitely makes it sweeter. Love it.

Korean BBQ Short Ribs (Gal-Bi)

As good as one of my favorite Korean restaurants I frequent, this is a treat during the summer when we grill. One of these days I'll try to pan cook it, but only after I get some better cookware. I also added kiwi to the marinade, and the meat was falling off the bone. Thank you for this recipe, it's one of my favorites.

Cajun Seafood Pasta

Delicious! Wish my cheese didn't stick to the bottom of the pot, but I guess it was worth the effort in cleaning. This is a wonderful pasta, and the spices are just the right amount not to be overbearing to take over the taste of the sauce. I can't wait to make this again. I also always add white wine to any cream sauce I make, just gives it that much more flavor. Thanks for this recipe!

Veal Forestiere

Great recipe. I was a little disappointed because it didn't have the flavor I was expecting, but I also under salt, so that could be a problem. Also, my boyfriend suggested we bake it a little longer, so we popped it in the oven and the taste became more pronounced. It is even tastier the next day. Thanks!

Great recipe, pretty easy, and was great as leftovers. My boyfriend ate it 4 days afterwards and it was still good. Thank you for this recipe, is one I will keep.

Blueberry Buckle

This is one of the best cakes I've made thus far, especially during blueberry season, where my boyfriend thankfully lives down the street from an orchard. Wonderful recipe, perfect amount of sweetness, and I probably used more than two cups of blueberries. It also keeps very well. Thank you for this recipe, it's amazing.

Chocolate Cherry Chip Cake

I used raspberries instead of the maraschino cherries and it came out really well. I think next time I will make a raspberry and/or cherry cream frosting, depending on the fruit I use. I also think white chocolate chips will be better for this recipe, as it may not be quite as heavy or rich. Who knows, but I'll post an update. Thanks for the recipe!

Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce

I also substituted the Sea Bass for salmon for ethical purposes, and it came out superbly! I used light cream instead of heavy, and added coconut milk and fresh corn to the sauce along with a slew of spices. The end result was divine. I may try to make the sauce into a seafood bisque next!
