This recipe is great!! The only thing I changed was instead of using 1 cup of all purpose flour I used 1/2 cup of whole wheat and 1/2 cup of almond flour. (Almond flour is simply almonds pulverized in your prossessor.) The topping adds a nice crown to the muffin and as the recipe calls, be generous with the topping. I did note from another review that the butter in the topping caused the paper cups to be greasy so when I took them out of the oven I immediately set them on paper towels to absorb the butter. My husband and mother-in-law just loved these. Thanks, Kimberly, for a keeper.
