Bacon Cheese Frittata

Great starter recipe you can make the night before and bake in the morning. I added more eggs to fill my pan, I topped with sour cream right before serving. Wonderful!

Baked Cheese Olives

This is so good everyone loved them. I mixed the early in the morning then baked in the afternoon, worked wonderful. These are a real keeper.

Apple-Cinnamon Baked French Toast

I replaced 1/2 and 1/2 for the milk, decreased the nutmeg to 1/2 teaspoon and increased the the butter to 2 tablespoons, it was a hit at the B and B I cook at... Great texture and flavor.
