Blonde Brownies I
Yum! I didn't have quite enough chocolate chips so I used some white choc ones, too. I also added about 2/3 c coconut. Delish!

Orange Blueberry Muffins
I used whole wheat flour to replace the all purpose and applesauce to replace 3/4 c of the veg oil. I also added extra blueberries. Pretty darn good. The orange flavoring is very subtle, but they are good even without it being too strong.

Dad's Double Whole Grain Pancakes
Wow! Even my little ones gobbled these up. Very tasty. I used applesauce instead of butter and didn't miss the butter one single bit. They were light and thin pancakes, but that's the way I like them.
