Spanish Rice Bake

Great recipe. Followed the suggestions to substitute salsa for the chili sauce and also omitted the brown sugar. Very good.

Hobo Dinner

Very good recipe. My only addition was to season the ground beef with Montreal steak seasoning. The meal was easy to prep and clean up, too.
