Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
WOW....this was delicious and extremely easy. My husband and I ate the whole bunch ourselves and I'm already headed to the store to make more for tonight. Went well with grilled pork. I wouldn't change anything about this. This is going to be a recipe we keep.

The Best Potato Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
I have never made really good potato salad until this recipe. This is very good. i would probably use more sauce or less potatos next time as it was a bit dry the next day as the potatos had absorbed the moisture. Still, it was delicious.

Coffee Punch

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
My family craves this. I serve it in wine glasses for an elegant touch or mugs for casual. Very smooth, sweet, and wonderful drink. Sprinkle with cinnamon to make more seasonal.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: May 20, 2010
I used boneless/skinless chicken breasts and baked at 400 for about 30 minutes. The chicken was juicy but it was very strong and greasy. The house still smells and I made it last night. Not sure I would make this again unless I followed directions to the T.

Fruit Dip II

Reviewed: May 8, 2009
This is just the best of all the fruit dip. It's light and sweet...doesn't kill the taste of the fruit. However, sometimes, to make it more creamy, I will add 1 tsp of OJ or 1 tsp of vanilla. It's really very good. I've made this several times.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2009
OK, this is by far the best banana muffin I've ever eaten or made. I made them 48 hours ago and they are still fresh and moist today. Much more flavorful and moist than regular banana bread. The topping is a highlight. I made the recipe exactly as written and I will keep this recipe for the future.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2009
This was a big hit at a bunco party I had. I baked it until warm at 375 degrees, instead of microwaving. I served it with bagel chips. I may add more jalepenos next time I make this but I was definately make this again.

Spicy Bean Salsa

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2006
This is now a family favorite with Scoopers. I sometimes will use Navy beans instead of the black beans. This is an excellent recipe.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2006
WOW...my family loved these. I wouldn't change a thing in this recipe. If anything, I would flip them over half way through cooking so that they would crisp better. I used a stone baking sheet. They were really good and this will be a recipe that I keep.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2006
I've made this several times and it has been very consistently good and very easy to make. I eliminate the meat, however, and use a little extra sauce. Highly recommend this one.

Southern Grilled Barbecued Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2005
This is my first time cooking ribs and they were delicious. I followed the recipe to the "T" and they were every bit as good as any restaurant. I used about 3 lbs of ribs and it was enough for 2 of us. The meat fell off the bone. My husband said this was going to be a recipe that we'll use again and again.

This was very tasty and a big hit with my card group. I will make this again. An added bonus is that this is very easy to make. It has a strong, dominating taste so be sure to use fruit/dip or something sweet served with it.

This is an excellent recipe. My family loves this and so do the groups of teens that devour it. I double the recipe, add a little more ketchup and eliminate the celery. Delicious.
