Smoky Steak Marinade

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2008
We halved the recipe and marinaded two 5-ounce filets for about 2 hours and they were incredibly delicious. It was pretty salty, which I love, but you might want to put 1/2-3/4 the amount of salt in it if you like yours less salty.

Herbed Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2006
We've made this a bunch of times and our whole family loves it! Even our picky 3 and 5-year-olds. It's quick and easy to make, and tastes so good. The only change I made was to add a teaspoon of McCormick's Chicken Base, when I add all of the seasonings and chicken to the skillet.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2004
This was good the first day, but I thought it was even better the second day, after it had marinated for a while.

Three Bean Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2003
This bean salad was a big hit at my party. I added a can of cut green beans and for the vinegar I used 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar and 1/3 cup apple cidar vinegar and it was so good!

Corn Chip Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2002
This is a really delicious salad that I served as a side dish at a picnic. I did make several changes as follows: -Taco seasoning with the ground beef (following the directions on the seasoning package). -Romaine lettuce. -1 bunch (~6) green onions. -I diced about 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) of a block Cheddar and Monteray mixed cheese, and that was all of the cheese I used. -I mixed Ranch and Salsa together for the dressing. 2oz. Ranch and 6oz Salsa to make the 8 oz the recipe calls for, or to your own taste. -I used 1 can of kidney beans and 1 can of pinto beans.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2002
This is my husband's favorite dinner that I cook and it's so easy. I made it for a dinner party and they raved about it. They even called me later in the week to tell me how wonderful it was. My 18 month old daughter even loves it, and it's so tender she has no trouble eating it with only 3 teeth. I have tried it with just the cream of mushroom soup, and have found that we like it much better with both cream of mushroom and cream of chicken. So I add a can of each and another 1/2 cup of milk. I don't have any white wine in the house, so I've never made it with the wine, and now I don't think I ever would. I usually make 4 pork chops at a time, so I bake the chops for 45 minutes and then add the soup mixture and bake for another 25 and it turns out perfect every time.

Strawberry Pie II

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2002
Very yummy. I added some extra strawberries and a little lemon juice. I still thought it was a little too sweet, so next time I'll cut back on the sugar. But, I'll definately make it again.

Quiche Lorraine I

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2002
First time I tried this recipe. I didn't like the sugar in it at all, so I will leave out the sugar next time. Very easy to make. I cooked it for about 8 extra minutes, but it was a little runny. I'm not sure why. It seemed to be cooked all the way through.

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2001
This recipe was easy to make and tasted really great. We cut the leftovers up into pieces the next day to have as a snack, and we wished there was more. I'm not sure which way was better.
