Sweet and Spicy Popcorn

Personally, I like popcorn with a little zip. I use just enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Then I sprinkle the oil with garlic powder, cajun spice blend, and salt so they about cover 1/2 the pan bottom. Swirl around to mix. Pop corn over medium high heat so as not to burn the spices. You can always adjust the amount of spice and oil according to taste.

Movie Star Popcorn

I never caught on to the microwave popcorn craze. I have my heavy-duty popcorn pan that I have used well over 40 years now. I use olive oil to pop in and a little real butter to top with. The flavor is great and healthier than most.
