Vanilla Winter White Russian

*Wow* This is a delicious summertime drink to serve to friends, simply wonderful! Be sure to serve in chilled glasses and garnish with white chocolate curls. This recipe is a keeper!

I omitted the sugar and added tobasco as suggested by other reviewers....it produced very good results. It also tasted better the second day as the leftovers as the flavors had time to meld. I would make this again!

Melissa's recipe is terrific, just like the other reviewers said! I served it over linguine and sprinkled red hot pepper flakes on top for an added kick. A must try!

Butterscotch Fruit Salad

I tried this recipe once with apples, and as crazy as it sounds, I tried bananas too. It was wonderful! Dice the bananas and spritz with lemon juice before adding pudding mix. This recipe is also great when added to a graham cracker crust!

These were a HUGE hit at my 17 yr. old's party~the kids just could not get enough of them! Very easy to make and I like the sweet-salty combination, what a great recipe!

Pork Chops 'n' Pierogies

I took the advice of the other reviewers and used brown sugar instead of white, and added just a pinch of rosemary and thyme and this meal was de-lish! I made it for my hubby and he loved it. And~the leftovers were just as good, if not better,the next day!

Wonderful Fried Fish Tacos

I tried this recipe on Ash Wednesday of this week, my family & I had never had fish tacos before. These were so easy to make and so good! Even my kids enjoyed them! I did not have cabbage, so I used shredded lettuce instead, the results were still delicious. I will make these again for sure!

Cod Fish Cakes

I followed nesmar's advice and these fish cakes were absolutely delicious! Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside~My entire family loved them! They make a great meal on Friday's during Lent....thanks!

Garlic Chicken Burritos

Though my 4 year old twins did not enjoy this dish, the rest of my family did. It is a quick week-day meal that can be prepared fast in the microwave if you do not want to use the stove-top.I would recommend giving it a try.

Spanish Rice Soup

WITH THE SIMPLE INGREDIENTS AND HAVING EVERYTHING ON HAND, THIS RECIPE TURNED OUT NOT AS GOOD AS I HAD HOPED............WILL NOT MAKE AGAIN. MY FAMILY DIDN'T CARE FOR IT AT ALL.

Cabbage Roll Casserole

I took Donna D's advice and gave the recipe a try...despite some of the reviews. I really liked it a lot. I will definately make it again! Do not have any doubts making this recipe, my family really enjoyed it. Makes enough for a crowd!

I am Polish and grew up eating this dish at the holidays with my family. I was always afraid to try making Poish dishes, but I gave this a try and it is great, I will definately make it again. Thanks Holly---anymore Polish recipes would be grateful!(It still doesn't get my kids to eat cabbage tho!!)
