Delicious. I've been looking for the perfect oatmeal choc recipe and this is it. I followed the directions exactly and the cookies came out crispy and chewy. Might add more oats next time because we like things oat-y. Thanks for the great recipe

Snickerdoodles V

Been using this recipe for years and finally getting around to reviewing it! Love these. I took another reviewers advice and froze them after rolling them in the sugar. That way I always have perfect cookies to serve warm at anytime.

Yummy Eggnog Pie

I love this recipe. Although I usually just make the filling and serve it as eggnog pudding with crushed graham crackers on top. Yummy!

Carrot Cake Cookies

Absolutely loved these. What a great way to change up carrot cake. I followed user reviews and doubled the cinnamon and added 1/2 tsp nutmeg. I also added about 2 c carrots and omitted the pineapple and raisins. Delicious. Used extra frosting to pipe carrots on top and they were beautiful

Dark Chocolate Cake II

Fantastic! I happened to have buttermilk so I replaces for the milk and vinegar. What an amazing flavor and the texture is so moist and yet still holds it's shape. Wonderful!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I've made this several times now and it really is fantastic. So easy to just throw everything in the slow cooker in the morning and come home to fabulous dinner! I always add kidney beans and a jar of chunky salsa. Use Newcastle for the beer and it's great.

Michael's Foccacia Bread

I have made this countless times and it comes out amazing everytime. As a first time breadmaker I was concerned at first but it was so simple that I couldn't resist. I did let it rest a lot longer so that it rose to at least double the size to get the fluffy texture that I love.
