Fluffy French Toast

my family loved this, I mixed a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon in with the batter and sprinkled the remainder on the pieces as I put them on the griddle. Kids loved it!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

I added an additional 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese to mixture before baking and still topped with 1/4 cup. We are cheese lovers, and this turned out perfect!

Creme Brulee

this was my first time trying creme brulee, so i used this recipe and another, and this was far better. I used chefpeon's suggestions...loved by all and a lot of fun to make!
