Baked Buffalo Wings
Excellent! Addictive! I used 8 chicken legs, any size. Only 1/2 cup flour, 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, 3/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt. I used chicken shears to cut off skin for lower cholesterol, which actually helped the spices to be more on the meat.
Shook one leg at a time in bag for better coverage.
Placed a tiny spot of olive oil on foil where leg was placed. Refrigerated 1 1/2 hrs.
Put some Frank's hot pepper sauce in small bowl, Added 2-3 T. of olive oil. Mixed and dipped one leg at a time in bowl, put a spot of olive oil on foil. Put on leg. Baked about 40-45 mins. Did not turn. Incredible! Could have eaten 4-6..Husband loved them. Great for leftover warm-up or snacks. Grandsons would have devoured them if they had been here. Very cheap to make, quick and easy.
