Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This was awesome! I read previous reviews and lined the pan with foil sprayed with Pam, doubled the sauce part of the recipe, and covered the chicken with foil. I agree that it was not too sweet or salty. I had regular soy sauce, and used the advice of one reviewer with 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. I almost forgot to double the cornstarch. I also used some of each cut of chicken ~ thighs and breasts. I believe the thighs were the absolute best! Covering the chicken with half of the sauce, baking it for 30 mins., then turning the chicken and putting the remainder sauce over the chicken was the best idea! This was so much better than the bottled sauce! I paired it with some homemade cole slaw. Thank you for such a good recipe. It's a keeper for me!

Creamy Chicken Pasta
Fortunately/unfortunately, I am like many others on this website...I "tweek" recipes to fit my tastes and pantry ingredients. I used most of the comments and some chicken I had already baked. There was one reviewers who said to use cream of chicken instead of mushroom, did that. I used French-style green beans instead of peas. I also used cheddar cheese, because it's what I had. This was ready in no time, easy to make and very tasty, my picky eater son loved it as well. I did add some garlic powder and onion powder. This is the kind of recipe that's easy to change and alter any way you want or need to change. I will make this again.

Millionaire Pie
I needed a quickie recipe for dessert and had all the ingredients for these pies. I did follow the recipe though. Except I also added about 1/4 cup of shredded coconut and followed a reviewer's suggestion of adding 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. I also would make sure to drain/strain the pineapple, then drying it completely on a kitchen towel or paper towel before putting in the cream cheese mixture. It makes a huge difference! It didn't set fast enough for me, so I put the pies in the freezer for a couple of hours. I do suggest, however, to take it out and put in fridge before serving. It was a good pie. I liked the pie, but I will keep looking for another recipe like this.
