Chocolate Chip Muffins

I gave 5 stars based on the previous suggestions of using a full cup of milk. I also used a full cup of chocolate chips. This was the best chocolate chip muffin I've ever made, and I will only use this (slightly modified) recipe from now on.

The Best Zucchini Fritters Ever

Really good recipe, but definitely omit the milk unless you are going to drain/pat dry the zucchini. I used Old Bay seasoning and finely chopped garlic and shredded the zukes and onions. It was great!

Zucchini Puffs

This recipe is SOOO good. My husband nearly devoured the whole batch. The secret is to add a generous pinch of salt to the batter before frying. Seriously, try this recipe; it's the best!

Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

This is pretty much a flawless recipe. Dill weed is optional in my opinion. People go NUTS over these stuffed mushrooms.
