Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2011
I followed the recipe exactly using Jif crunchy peanut butter. They were very good - nice & crunchy. I put a little shortening on a pizza pan and pressed the cookies flat to make a very thin cookie. So easy and quick. Satisfied my middle of the night sweet tooth tout suite.

I couldn't grill that day and cooked it on the stove (sauteed). It was delicious. Can't wait to try grilling it.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2010
I made this recipe with boned and skinned chicken breast halves, and it carmelized just fine as it was written. I made sure that the chicken fit into the baking pan snugly so that the sauce was deep enough to almost cover all the chicken. I also turned the chicken once during cooking.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
This dish was awesome. I used Sticky Fingers, a Carolina barbecue sauce and cooked it on High for 3 hours. The first night, we had it on buns, which turned a little soggy, so the next night I warmed up the chicken and wrapped it in small flour tortillas with bean & corn salsa. It was delicious!
