About this Cook
I love to cook besides being an an artist cooking is my other passion I have been cooking since I was 5!
My favorite things to cook
my favorite things to cook are creme brulee, angle food cake, stir frys and roasting things like beef and chicken, turkey and pork
My favorite family cooking traditions
We like to make prime rib for new years and soups for Christmas eve.
My cooking triumphs
I like to try new things like making pizza dough that's doughy and chewy I searched and searched for the method and I found it its wheat gluten that's what makes it doughy and very bread like. I totally know how to make the best prim rib the secret is very low heat 150 degrees for 7 hours straight it comes out perfect and medium pink every time and makes the best gravy!
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make fudge three times in row and failed twice and got it on the third time. The first fudge was grainy the second fudge a crumbly and greasy. The third fudge was smooth and creamy.

Marian's Fudge
I liked the taste but the fudge turned out grainy even though I followed the directions. Okay this time I made the fudge and let it cool for like 45 minutes for it to get to 110 degrees F then I stirred it for 5 minutes maybe a bit too long but this time the fudge consitancy was much better and when I tryed some it melted in my mouth.

Chicken and Snow Peas
This was just like the chinese food that I love to get at the restaurants. The only thing I would do is to double the sauce because its so good!
