Simple Whole Wheat Bread
This is just the bread recipe I've been searching for. It tastes wonderful and its not difficult to make. My favorite thing about it is that it makes three loaves. So you can freeze the others, take one out for the second rise when you need it, and pop it in the oven. I use a cake pan instead of a bread pan because I like how the shape turns out. I bake it for only 22-23 minutes and its just right.
