Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Great healthy alternative to normal pancakes and that is loaded with protein! The only changes I made to the recipe was that I mixed in about 3 tbsp of brown sugar so that I could avoid adding any syrup while eating. I used 2 tbsp of melted butter instead of oil bc I am not an oil fan and I used 1/3 c of Whole wheat flour . The only thing is that it came out a little thin a bit mussy which I didn't mind.

Spanish Flan
Thank you for this recipe! It is very simple (compared to the others posted), even I could make it without messing up! I made a few alterations to make it a 'little' healthier and reduce the # of calories. I used 5 eggs as suggested by a reviewer and the texture was still nice. I used low fat milk instead of evaporated milk but the same amount per the recipe. and I did not use the entire can of condense milk - i used 3/4 just to cut back on some calories lol but it was still sweet enough for my liking. I omitted the caramel part because i did not feel adventurous and i am not missing the added sugar. Can't wait to eat the rest this afternnon and make some more next week!

Zucchini Alfredo
I love this recipe! As a twist, I added some cooked ham pieces just before I was about to put in the milk and the cream cheese. It purked up the flavour of the recipe. Will definitely try this again!
