Pork Roast With The World's Best Pork Loin Rub

Made this last night for the world's pickiest eaters (ages 3, 5 and 43!) and they all loved it! I made the rub exactly as written and used a 3 lb boneless pork tenderloin. It was very good...a definite keeper. Can wait to try the rub on other meats!

Pumpkin Pancakes

I made this recipe for a family brunch last Christmas and it was a huge hit! I ended up making a second batch. The only change that I made was using 1 TBSP of pumpkin pie spice in place of the other spices (because I was out of allspice). Otherwise I followed the recipe as written. These pancakes have become a family favorite and we make them at least 2 or 3 times a month.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

My family loved this casserole! This has become a staple in my house. I use ham instead of bacon, added red and green peppers, salt, pepper and cumin to give it a little kick. I've made this a few times, and it freezes really well.

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata

I made this for our church brunch and it was a total hit! I took some of the previous reviewers suggestions and added cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Instead of spreading the cream cheese on the bread, I whipped the cream cheese with vanilla then added the egg and half & half. I completely forgot to add the butter, but it didn't really need it. My hubby and picky kids loved it! Will definitely make this again.

Krystal's Perfect Marinade for BBQ or Grilled Chicken

We loved this marinade! I marinated chicken for about an hour before throwing it on the grill. Even my son, who is a picky eater, asked for seconds. I didn't use the whole 1/2 cup of soy sauce that the recipe calls for because I ran out, it was closer to 1/3. I will definitely be making this one again!

Wine Marinade

Marinated a pork loin for about 3 hours before grilling. We all agreed that the soy sauce overpowered all of the other ingredients. I was hoping they would blend a little better. It wasn't bad...if you like soy sauce.
