Cabbage Balushka or Cabbage and Noodles
My mom taught me to make this with sliced polish sausage. It is much more flavorful with the sausage. She just called it sausage and cabbage and noodles. I love it and so does my husband. My mom was German. So, as with many recipes that come from the slavic region of the world; each little pocket of people developed their own spin on it. I usechicken broth, sometimes some garlic powder, and always onions.

Chef John's Turkey Chili
I have never rated a recipe on this site. (Haven't done alot at other sites either.) But, i really loved this chili. It was spicey, had a great body and flavor profile. Who knew turkey could rise to such hieghts. I am very grateful for your recipe chef John. I want to say thanks for all of your recipes. I have saved many of them.

Delicious Chicken Casserole
I made this recipe yesterday. I incorporated many of the suggestions in the reviews. I used 3 large boneless skinless ckn breasts, 3 stalks of celery, added no salt1/4 t black pepper, 6 oz. of fat free sour cream. 1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup, 1 can of 98% fat free cream of celery soup, 1/2 t celerysalt, 1 t minced onion, 1/2 t garlic powder, I also added 1 t herbs de Provence, and decreased butter to 1/4 C butter. The casserole tasted pretty good last nite. Tonight it was so much better. I highly recommend this recipe.
