Oatmeal Soda Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2007
This was really good. I spooned it into a 9x5 pan and baked it at 375 for about an hour. I also had to use a bit more milk because it was too sticky. We all loved this recipe a lot. Thanks!

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2006
So, so good! I didn't have any black beans so I used pinto. Also we love a super chunky soup so I used more hominy, beans and corn than called for. Perfect for kids.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: May 22, 2006
These are really good. I only baked them for 7 minutes and I used Natural P.B. They are super soft and just sweet enough.

Buitoni's Garden Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 30, 2004
This pasta salad was excellent. I added 3 green onions and cucumbers. I also added an extra 1/4 cup of Newman's Italian. It was really great with fresh pepper. I LOVE YOU BUITONI!

Raw Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2003
Wow this recipe was so good! I made some slight modifications, though. I added raw coconut and flax seed in place of sesame seeds. Thanks for the tip. But to keep them from crumbling, I added raw almond butter. Then after I pressed it all in the dish, I poured a 1/2 cup of distilled water over the top and stuck in the freezer for 15 minutes. YUMMY for a starting raw foodist.

Tommy's Ham Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2002
I thought this recipe was good. I am never one to follow a recipe to a tee so I made some changes. I added a cup of chopped yellow onion and about two cups frozen broccoli florets. Also added more cheese. My husband was less than thrilled but that's just him...hard to impress.

Ravishing Red Velvet Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2002
No no no. This cake was not good. It was very dry and I only baked it at 350. It was very pasty tasting. Maybe it was me, but I won't make this again. Thanks for the opportunity!
