Simple White Cake

Awesome! I use this all the time. A splash of vanilla, and a pinch of salt and it comes out perfect and moist every time.

Spinach Quiche with Kid Appeal

This is very yummy and easy. I made it following the recipe exactly (I did use 6 eggs and mozzarella). The second time I made the same modification but also replaced the garlic, basil, and onion with 2 tablespoons of pesto. It was yummy and cut the prep time in half.

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

Yum this was really good. I did follow the modifications suggested by the "most helpfull" review as follows: Cream butter and sugar first, add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Add sour cream and flour mixture alternately, beginning and ending with flour. To avoid a crusty, over-baked exterior bake at standard 350 degrees. Also, for a moist cake, do not overbake!

Cranberry Upside-Down Coffee Cake

Wow! This stuff is pretty amazing. I followed the recipie almost exactly and am very pleased with the results. I did subsitute non fat yogurt for sourcream but it was still delicous. I would be very carefull to wrap the pan in foil though. Thanks for a great recipie!
