We really enjoyed this and I'll definitely make it again. I made it exactly as written. Thanks for sharing!

Zucchini Pie with Crumb Topping

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
I made this pie today following the recipe exactly. Unfortunately my husband and I thought it was the worst "pie" I'd ever made and I'm a great baker especially pies. There is no way we felt it had an inkling of apple pie taste. I'll stick to zucchini bread or a savory zucchini pie. Very disappointing overall and wouldn't waste my time with making this again.

Honey Limeade

Excellent! I substituted 3/4 cup Splenda for the white sugar since my husband is diabetic. Absolutely refreshing.

Cheesy Chicken Meatballs

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
Used much less red pepper. Wish I had used much less salt. Had to add quite a bit more bread crumbs. Basic concept is great since we're on a strict NO red meat diet for health reasons. A few adjustments was all that was needed. Will make them again to meet our taste.

Love, love, love this chicken dish! My husband couldn't get enough of it. Made recipe as is with no changes or substitutions.

Greek Penne and Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2010
I'm giving this 4 stars because of the changes that I feel need to be made to this recipe to warrant 5 stars. First as other reviewers noted, adding some chicken broth was a must to moisten the dish. I also used about 1/8 cup capers which added a punch of flavor (I can't eat onions so needed something to substitute). Next time I would use canned diced tomatoes with the juice and marinated artichokes. It was a very tasty dish that we enjoyed but needs some slight tweaking to make it outstanding.

Lemon Cooler Cream Cake

We made about one a week for about 4 weeks we loved it so much. I passed the recipe on to family members who are making it regularly too. So easy to make and so wonderful to eat!

Phyllo-Wrapped Halibut Fillets with Lemon Scallion Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
I've made this several times; it is delicious. The last time I made it was for company and they couldn't believe how wonderful it was. The recipe makes a great presentation for guests if you want to impress them with taste and eye appeal.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2009
This is excellent White Chili but horribly hot! I'll definitely make it again but eliminate most of the "heat". I also pureed one can of the beans which made it a little hardier by thickening the base. Also had to eliminate the onions due to allergies. With homemade biscuits it was delicious. Can't wait to make it again but a less hot version.

Ginny's Cauliflower and Pea Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
Very tasty and different. I'd make it again but will be cautious about putting all the dressing on at once. I'd base it on the amount of cauliflower I used. I also used much less seasoning as other reviewers recommended and glad I did. If the amount was used according to the recipe it would have overpowered all the flavors.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Wonderful, only problem is I doubled the recipe and my husband still ate it all up before I had a second chance at it!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2009
Excellent! Wouldn't change a thing except make MORE at one time. My husband also loved it. I made it exact to the recipe except added chives to replace the onions because I'm highly allergic to them. Still tasted absolutely fabulous. Definitely a keeper.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2009
This was excellent and totally unlike the one I have prepared for years so it was a nice change. The only thing I will do different is use less bread crumb topping and will bake it in a smaller sized pan. This makes a good side dish where as the one I make is more a main meal dish. Nice flavors too.
