Cranberry Upside-Down Coffee Cake
I've used this recipe for the last 7 years and have never been disappointed. I have never used a spring form for this recipe--just a regular 9 inch round cake pan. I just flipped it over while it was semi-warm. I follow the recipe exactly and it is that good. One of the few recipes on this site, I've ever have to mess with. Thanks for the great recipe.

Black Magic Cake
I have made this as a cake and as cupcakes several times. This is a foolproof recipe. I am a novice and even I can turn out great tasting cakes with this recipe. I followed a previous poster's suggestion about cupcakes. This recipe yielded about 26 medium cupcakes, baked perfectly at 350 F and for 22-23 min. Thanks for this excellent recipe.

Cranberry Sauce
I just made this today for Thanksgiving tomorrow. It is fantastic. I can't help licking the ladle. Yum! Thanks for the great recipe and to all the reviewers who helped enhance it. I used 14 oz. of fresh cranberries. I also used 3/4 cup orange juice and added 1/4 cup Grand Marnier to it. I reduced the sugar by half. It was tart and plenty sweet for me. I used 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup white sugar. Added 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and voila! The best cranberry sauce ever. Last year, I had made a fancy cranberry sauce with port wine ($$) etc. and I just didn't want to spend so much money and energy on something this simple and delicious.
